Ways to Give

Make a Difference

Your tax deductible financial gift to the Foundation ensures additional avenues for enhancing the educational opportunities for Cleveland Community College students, faculty, and staff.

The Foundation encourages charitable giving by all community and family partners. It is easy to invest in the Foundation’s charitable efforts.

Special Projects

Want to donate meals for a student leadership event? Are you a local employer wanting to donate a relevant piece of equipment to a training program? Special projects provide opportunities to support programs that are dear to your heart with unique opportunities to give.

Make a Gift to the Capital Campaign

Your gift to the capital campaign can benefit CCC right away by supporting technology, equipment, and programs. Contributions can be made “In Memory Of” or “In Honor Of” to recognize a loved one or influential colleague. Contributions may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Donors can use the Foundation’s secure PayPal site, to make a contribution today by credit card.

Planned Gifts

The donation of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, trusts, life insurance, and bequests to the Foundation help build our endowment for the future. A beneficiary of estate gifts helps secure programs for future generations.

This option simplifies giving for CCC employees and is coordinated through the Business Office.

Take the 50/50 Challenge!

Through the 50/50 Challenge, the Foundation seeks to increase Faculty and Staff participation with at least 50 new donors giving at least $50 annually ($4.17 per month) to the Capital Campaign. Join the more than 500 donors that have committed to making a difference in “Our Economy. Our Community. Our College.” with a contribution to the Cleveland Community College Foundation.

As an acknowledgment of your generosity, all donors to the Campaign will receive a numbered 50th Anniversary Challenge Coin.

What is a Challenge Coin?

A challenge coin is a small coin or medallion bearing an organization’s insignia or emblem and carried by the organization’s members. Traditionally, they are given to prove membership when challenged and to enhance morale. Originally collected by members of military service, challenge coins have become popular with police and fire departments and service agencies.

The CCC Foundation has been an active participant and the No. 1 supporter of the College. We continue to build relationships with donors and, as adaptations are made, the CCC Foundation will continue to support and celebrate the accomplishments of the College during these competitive economic and academic times.
